1. I assume you complete Beth's quest, you must finish her quest to complete Allison's
Did you visit Vicki in the jail with Morgan? And after the scene did you speak with Allison?
If you do all the above, did you spend time with Marcus in his room? And after did you return to your home?
2. Will possibly she is pregnant, but we never know for sure because this version of the game is abandoned, no new updates, maybe we learn in the revamp version if BoN did not change Beth's quest too mutch.
