What scene with Allison be more specific. The one at her home after you steal the files from Beth's PC or the scene with her at Martinia press during the paparazzi job?
For the first part no you can't.
To prevent yourself from looping days just go to sleep normally when you are teleported back to your room. Staying up the entire night will cause you to loop days.
Haha. I was waiting for someone to run into this. It's not a bug per say. It's actually more like an Easter egg. I'm guessing you tried to speak to the person just outside Richards house. There are 2 people. The one on the left will silently set the proper variables to finish the quest. Every release there seem to be hidden items the developer leaves in for testing and then forgets to remove them.
I'm sorry but if you want help with figuring out a bug you really need to give more information if you want someone to diagnose it. What repeats? What are you doing when it happens? Do you leave the house, can't leave the house, go to another room, etc.?
If you finished everything up to the point of the new quest just go to her home at night and give her the item you got prior. From there you will get the sex scene, and afterwards she will tell you the next part of the mission chain.

Yes exactly like those I actually found two other new ones as well so far in 1.0.
There is night and then there is Dawning (or after midnight). You can't go after midnight, you have to go when it is partially dark out not pitch black. Between 19:00 and 23:00.
The bakery is in the commerical neighborhood. If you enter it in the afternoon you will see 2 people right in front of it when you enter the neighborhood from east town.
