A few things I would do if in charge of this game.

1: Cut the main sex scenes down to just the one scene and then the special. It's raunchy, but also overkill. Plus its broken to f**k.

2: Cut the job requirements down to just 5-10 requirements before activating next scene. Its an adult game. How many f**king people do you know want to spend a s**t day in work to then have to come home and grind out boring s**t on an adult game. Its like porno movies, how many watch the f**king shit stories and just want to get to the good stuff. Story and plot are important, but not grinding s**t... plus its broken to f**k.

3: Chill out making new characters and instead focus more on what you have. Its crap in adult games when you spend ages trying to f**k a specific person, only for that sex scene to be the only thing they have (even Summertime Saga suffers from this type of thing). Quality over quantity. Plus most of them are broken to f**k.

4: Chill out making new areas. Its an adult game and most of the areas already have enough buildings to use rather than travelling all over the place just to do more grinding on some pointless s**t. And its an RPG maker game for f**ks sake. Its not like these games have stunning city visuals like GTA or games like that. Besides most of them are broken to f**k.

The game got so bad I don't think I played the last 3 updates.

Im using @Firebane mod, so im still on 0.9, but are the Maria date and Ms. Taylor dates not implemented? I can ask them out and they say yes, but afterwards I'm stuck in a black room.

Press X then click save? Unless I am miss remembering? I do remember there was a bug at one point where it wouldnt let me save, the saving option staying grayed out.

Also, try going to the root folder and check its properties. It might be write protected (Meaning that the program arent allowed to create new files or modify current ones.) Right click the folder containing the game -> Properties -> Make sure Read-only is NOT checked.

From my experience the majority of those black screens can be overcome without resetting if you go out on a date with Either Rachel or Caroline. While it doesn't work for if you accidently do something during the time you are supposed to be teleported back to your room due to the time most others it works to get you out of the DBSOD.

This is true unless you get stuck in the morning when you can't call for a date. Like say at 6AM when Laura is showering and you get stuck on that screen.

You can't. You need to go back to an earlier save and do it without making her mad. By the way, how did you not talk to her the next day? She is blocking the door from you leaving the house. You can't get around her to walk out of the house. If she wasn't there then you ran into a known issue where you have to make sure you do this mission before Day 45.

I guess I'm glad you aren't in charge. That's the great thing about these forums, everyone can have their own opinion about what makes a game great or what makes it awful. I personally only agree with part of your assessment of item 2. Grinding is terrible and should be cut down. But I just don't see all of the broken to f**k things you are mentioning.

Everyone forgets that in the first week of a new release you are actually playing a pre-release version made for high level donors that someone was kind enough to post. Generally by the time the actual public release comes out a week later most bugs are fixed. Over half of the things people report as a "bug" on these forums are simply just a lack of understanding how to accomplish a task.

Here is another thing I noticed that was wreaked within the game and that is the Karma point system the moment the tinymon toy and Sarah's submission was added. Prior to this Karma points could only be gained or lost when making big decisions in the game. However now thanks to this you can gain all the Karma points you want just by forgiving Sarah when she steals you tinymon toy. I seriously find this broken.

They are not implemented in the real game or in the mod. Firebane would need to generate CG images to implement this stuff in his mod which would essentially make it his own game and not a modded version. I don't want to speak for him but I know he is actively working on fixing bugs from the original game in the mod so perhaps when he has the time he will properly prevent you from being able to choose them as dates. Check out his mod thread where he is maintaining a list of known bugs in the mod and checking them off as they are fixed.
