"Dawning" is anytime from 00:00 to before 06:00. What the rest of the world calls "early morning".

Then you do something wrong with her quest line, look at 1st page there is a walkthrough read it. Aparently you do something wrong at Rachel's or Sarah's quest line.

She is outside the school with her motorcycle - but there is no reaction if I try to speak to her.

You are not yet done with the current Nadine Statue sub-quest. You must go home and go to sleep after midnight. Nadine will wake you up with a text telling you she's outside your front door. You let her in and she gives you a thank you scene. The next day, after school, you'll be able to continue the quest with her.

After first date hith Racher when Maria catches you, did you go for a another date with Rachel?
If yes then load a save (if you have it) after you change the answers on her exam and visit her at home.
Continue her quest but do not go for another date hith her only home visits.

Finished Rachel's quest but now I ran into another problem in Maria's quest.
Once you pick her package from the store I get teleported back to the house. I did it in the evening after school but she was in the laundry so I couldn't talk to her (can't open any door). So I loaded an earlier save and tried again in the morning (she stands by the house's entrance) but according to the walkthrough when I deliver her the package it was supposed to move me to her room and play a scene but instead I get teleported to School and can't progress her quest (when I talk with her on the beach during the weekend she just tells me to leave her alone).

After you see the scene with tom and beth's mom in beth's house, I exited the house without looking at the computer again, and now I can't do anything about the date with sarah

That quest has been re-written. Use the updated walkthrough in the OP.
