Probably triggered by something besides trust score, hence my suggestion to try to take a look at the script.
If all you want is the porn part of the "Visual Novel" style of game, I think you might be better serveredto go to Pornhub and just get your fix there. Some people like testing to see the different scenes and dialogue that a dev put into the game in unusual paths.

that was the ending scene of 0.08, but there's 4 different conversation between eliza and margo in that scene, how you handle the situation in the last show is the factor of their conversation.
