I think the pancake option might not appear at all if your using a older save. I tried removing the bacon option from the BreakfastChoices and replacing it with another pancake (so it would be 2x pancake, 2x yogurt, milk and cereal) and was still getting the bacon option. Then I started a new save with cheat mode and I saw the pancake scene almost immediately.

That is because all variables are initiated in StoryInit, which is only run when you first run the game, so when someone loads an old save, they are using the variables they already had and none of the new ones.

I don't understand what images you are referring to with those names. From v 0.28.0 the mating press is definitely there, while "stuck" (if you mean in the window) has been there for a while now. "Towel" doesn't ring any bell, though (EDIT: maybe "$ladyName covering herself with bath towel" corresponding to filename "eve_towel.jpg"? It is in the game).

Sure.
To get the "Stuck" and "Mating press" images, you should tamper with the window during Saturday Breakfast, in the Attic, before actually sitting for breakfast. THEN, you can go have breakfast, then help her in the Attic, and get her hit by/stuck in the window.
To get the "Towel", you should "make yourself noticed" during Pre Dinner, in the Bathroom, when she is taking a bath and you start jerking off.

Known issues: If you hit backspace when inserting a name in a textbox, you get an error. Ignore it and go on.
I downloaded the newest zip file and extracted everything but when i load the game it seems the images are broken anyway to fix that?
