09/06 - Patch 0.7a released
04/09 - Patch 8.0a released - version number changed to more closely match game version.

For the impatient wankers amongst you (If you PM'd me asking for the file while I was still working on it this is you!) - there are over 20,000 lines of code I have to go through each update (probably 30,000-35,000 for 9.0) so it takes a fair amount of time for me to update this patch. I may look at changing the patch in the future but I doubt a quicker method is possible.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE BAD CHOICES!!! incest=GOOD, removing bad choices=BAD; they're freaking hilarious (mostly), so using your mod would deprive us of the chance of seeing the entertaining bad endings that the dev(s) put time n effort into making (plane crash=NO, meteor strike=OMG HELL YES :ROFLMAO:)

I've been working my way through this game, have enjoyed most of it too. I'm up to chapter 6 and I have to say the last few chapters have completely put me off this game. Kind of getting sick of seeing my family members getting raped and being punished with game overs for trying to avoid it. The Mom being raped by the Mother Superior or whatever her name is was lead me to quit the game a delete the whole thing, which is a shame because I mostly picked it up for the bestiality, of which there seems to be very little.

TLDR; Came for the incest and bestiality. Left because of the rape and non consensual NTR. And also the constant game overs, if there's only one linear path and the rest just lead to dead ends, I just don't see the point in having options when there are no real choices to make.

I tried not to spoil too much it was more general comments about the chapter and one of the pain points we have all had with this VN

Right at the start when you first meet the red queen she says your life is already mapped out, making the wrong decisions will bring death and misfortune.

The choices are tests set by the goddess, the "game overs" are punishments for making the wrong choice.

Eh, just because there's an in game reason for it, doesn't mean it's not an annoying play experience.

Holy hell, Lynitra actually says, "So good" six times during the prophecy scene — SIX TIMES! I mean, from the beginning Cheepshot has been a master of Engrish (while somehow throwing in Scottish Gaelic around as if an expert). But even a non-native English speaker should realize saying exactly the same thing that much in the same scene doesn't make for riveting dialogue. And then, it gets worse, with SIXTEEN uses of "so good" during the Soreana orgy scene. Did I just miss how badly he does this crap? I don't count stuff like "Mmmmmmm" or "Ahhhhhh" because, well, onomatopoeias. But actual, normal words that often sounds even worse than porn film dialogue. WTH?

BTW, to avoid looping again and again until getting it right, the ratings of outfits for Isis should be:

You missed the dev typing out the words "boo hoo" to represent crying....

That's always been a personal fave.

I do love this game, I even like how he managed to sort the whole Demi thing out, should have been quicker like but cest la vie...

That said, there are times when the dialogue is so cheesy it hilarious. Boo hoo is still my fave though.

Agreed, and I also find "Boo hoo" hilarious. "Boof boof . . . boof boof" is great for wing flapping sounds too. :LOL: But come on, "so good" over and over again? In any language that's ridiculous! "Si bon! Si bon! Si bon!" is just as bad as "Zo goed! Zo goed! Zo goed!" or "так хорошо! так хорошо! так хорошо!" It's not a translation problem; the writing isn't even average in cases like that. But as you said, it's so cheesy it's hilarious, so I'll allow it. :) Just FFS, take a rest from "so good" already.

But I am also happy with the outcome for Demi. I think having a split soul that reunited to make her "her true self" again works, thankfully. I'm 100% sure there will still be folks who won't forgive, but at least she can be the warrior she's supposed to be again. I'm guessing the same will be true for the MC as some point, trying to get us to forgive his complete dumbassery as well. Forcing the merger with his past selves will overwrite the serious coding flaws in his personality, I guess.
