hmmm, i remember you must go to the mafia lady .. she gives you 1000 dollar ... , then goto electronic shop .. there you can buy a new one ...

Well, not exactly. First you have to go to electronics store, where the guy tells you the price and to come back later when he has them. Then you go to the maffia lady and get the money. The problem was getting the first event to trigger. Apparantly, you need to see the messages "My phone is dead" and "I need another one" straigth after another, without interruption. If you do not, because for instance you moved after the first message, you can't get into the store to get a new phone, no matter how many times you get those messages later.
Guys,after took the new phone,anywhere to go？I clicked on Klaus's GF place and got below error, any idea?

It's a bug, but it's not important. After you got a new phone go see Kristin. No need to go to Klaus's girlfriend place.

You're right. You need to wait till she calls you. This will happen after the cosplay scene with Fanny. To trigger this, you need to go home after you got a new phone.I went to see Kisten but it showed "I got no business here"..
