I think the renders have always been pretty good. I noticed a few weird patches on Sarah's skin during the her stripping during truth or dare, but that was about it.
As a side note, having played the rest of the game so far now, I can say that I did notice that as the game went along you did start adding some dialog and descriptive text during the sex scenes, as opposed to the first few that just had a few clicks.
Yeah, a lot of time compressing the images will give weird patches/colors. Especially on skin/lips/and (for some reason) Molly's Yellow Shirt. They are fine in the full size image, but compressing them fucks with it. I try to go back and edit them when that happens, but sometimes I miss some. Like those Sarah images (which will be fixed in the next release - so thanks for pointing those out).
I'm happy you didn't give up on the game! I thought for sure you were done with it. Yeah, I really do try to constantly improve what I'm doing and honestly do appreciate people's constructive criticism. I welcome people telling me I suck, as long as they tell me WHY I suck. Hopefully you can see that improvement as you progressed through the game.
It definitely does improve in more ways than one as the game goes along, as I said the dialogue and descriptive text but also the fact that later you can actually start to turn down sexual encounters, I was really happy about that coming just in time for the professor bit. I'm not going to bring up Nikki again because you have made up your mind on that. But hopefully there is still a chance for a Sarah scene. It's nearly criminal to tease us with a body that fine. Lol.

What i've noticed now that this game has broke for me is now I want other games to have an Ash.
It's popped in my mind while playing one or two other games that what they were missing is a crazy blonde vegan.
Imagine a game like Pandora's Box but instead of that crappy NTR we have Ashley trying to coax the girl away from her man with a salad.
She has a game long dilemma about whether she loves her man enough to stay with his sausage or she wants to lap up Ashley's fruit punch.
Meanwhile a spree of vegetable based murders are going on around town with Ashley using her advanced knowledge of the ancient art of Carrot'e to beat her meat eating victims to death.

Imagine it this way, you go out for a meal with all your friends and they are sat around eating steak, burgers, bacon, chicken, fish and whatever other meat you can throw at a party without it getting weird.
And you get to sit there, with the love of your life .... and your green salad.
Just imagine how much healthier you'd be.

if you really read Ashley's dialogue..you see she has a poor mental image of herself...her lazy eye comment..and total fear of not being liked when MC is mentioning the photography stuffs...and she is always trying to please MC to the nth degree...which leads me to believe she was abused at the very least mentally by her parent(s) and made to feel worthless..so will do anything to prove her worth..she see's on tv the media power Peta/greenies etc seem to have and the marching and protests and she wants to be in that and a leader in that...she might not even believe any of it subconsciously..but her mental state propels her to doing what she believes will garner her love attention and popularity to the point she has now entered psychosis..we can label her of course Yandere..but @Sumodeine is a fine writer and because of that we can delve deeper into her mental condition..just because its porn fapfest dosnt mean it cannot have depth.

What would happen is i'd throw the dildo, right then my girl would open the door and the dildo would bounce off it, it would hit the light shattering our quite pretty light shade, bounce back down and hit the TV which would fall over and break then said dildo would fly across the room and stick itself to my forehead where it would be like superglue and i'd either have to remove it with a layer of skin and go to work with a bright red circle on my head or try and make it look like I was doing unicorn cosplay.
Then the dog would shit on the floor.
Then my car would probably catch fire because shit seems to happen in 3's.

Regarding my thoughts about rendering quality, you know what? Maybe the dick thing made me more aware about things that perhaps were there all the time, i mean i have a 28in monitor and play at 4K rez, so maybe the renders seems like 720p to my eyes.But it seems that the rendering quality is grainy and dark at some times, like it s missing something. Possibly some effects on top to make it look less 2D ? Maybe you could add some lighting or blur or particles on the renders? I dont want to sound judgemental, after all the addons suggested require vast GPU power and time which you may not have, so please dont take it the wrong way.
Now, regarding the content, i really dont know. I was not into the story, failed to let myself in, i was clicking and redoing stuff in order not to lose content rather mechanicaly. It seemed short.Something was not right. Maybe the story transitions were too quick, getting from one scene to the next in one frame two max time. You get me??
Still, I am not abandoning ship. And hope that my remarks helps you , its nice living with my hottie sister after all
