If the title was My Sister My Lover then he'd need to change it. Title is fine.
Well i think i quoted my Sentence Wrong.

It's not wrong.
Nikki isn't the love interest. They have sex and experiment but they won't end up in a relationship, the dev is not telling that story.
It's looking like Either Molly, Cory or Skylar are the end goals. Might even just be Molly, not sure if he's going for multiple endings or just the 1 but Nikki's part as the catalyst of her brothers sex life is done now.

I know it's most likely true but I still cry every time I hear this.
Then what will be the significance of Nikki's character in Game ??
Mc can control Nikki's love life. So there won't be any story of her own.
Game says Nikki will help Mc to get a girl. Which she did.
And
Molly cannot be Single End Goal since devs gave us chance to reject her.
The only true ending is the harem path anyway! 
Something too many western VN writers don't understand, you need a harem ending, even if you have to unlock it by playing the others first!

You answered your own question. Nikki is there to help Taylor get out of his shell, and that helped him get a girl even if its not Molly. Nikki is basically his wing-woman/teacher, not his love interest.
Now, given that this is a porn game, I can understand this idea might seem a little out there, but consider that maybe female characters in a story have a purpose beyond falling hopelessly in love with the protagonist?
Also, I'm not sure that anyone has suggested that Molly was the only possible end girl, especially given the progression of Cory's recently.

You just answered it yourself, Nikki was only there to open up her brother to the wonderful world of women folk, her job is done.
You can't control her love life you can control what you see of her love life. She's still out getting banged you just don't see it.
Earlier in the game there were 3 branches for Molly, Cory and another who's name I forget. Then Skylar came along. Those were the ending choices. Whether those are all still planned I don't know but one thing the dev has made perfectly clear is Nikki will NEVER be the end goal.

Perhaps I'm interpreting "Single End Goal" differently than you. I took it to mean Molly being the only option for whom Taylor ends up with, whereas the quote this was in response to listed 3 potential end choices.
