Not sure I understand that mindset when it comes to renders.
I got lots of different endings. The one with Molly (the nerdy virgin), one with Molly & Nikki. One with just Nikki. One with Chelsea & Cory, one with Chelsea, Cory & Nikki. And the alone one, but banging Ashley.
AI makes almost all of the females with athletic toned bodies. Too much muscle striation, too many rib cages protruding for what's supposed to be average or slightly below average builds. Plus some of the form fitting clothes appear to be spray painted on. Where the clothing exposes a little cleavage and you notice slightly different bust sizes, AI makes all of the women bosomy, even the ones who aren't. About the only thing that looked better was hair texture.
he did an update to add more endings since so many folks were disappointed in the original one.
Neither of those are main characters, they are side girls at best.
Which upscaler have you used? And can you share its promt?
Universal Upscaler available on leonardo.ai. Most of the upscales don't need any prompts only if you need something extra, like wet shirt etc.

Well, his promotional text has lies, lol, most of these girls are unappealing (with sister/friend at the head) and the 3dCG is bad to really bad. xD
Look at the year he started and finished the game. Few games looked better at the time.
