The fact that, the game started really good and came crashing down on the last update is the main reason for everyone being pissed. The Only happy ending for the MC in the game requires you to NOT WATCH AND ENJOY half of the story and images it contains. Thank your punishing me for enjoying the game at the finish line. I am also sorry for assuming that the 'Thing' mentioned in the title and printed on the cover art was the 'Main thing'. Should have known better.

Second, craftsmanship: Title Heroine is not the final girl, gets implicit NTR reference and her relationship with MC gets the rush job treatment? I thought this game was about 'My Roomate', not my 'Roomate's Friend'? If you sell 'Apples', do not label them 'Banana' and put pictures of Bananas on the crates!
It is like seeing your partner having multiple orgasms and the telling you: 'I thought about somebody else the entire time, while having a vibrator in my ass'. Lets part as friends here.

So pretty much everyone here is in agreement that Sumo can tell a good story (up until the end) and he completed a game. I agreed it was far from perfect but dont we want someone like that to stick around and make more games for us??? And do you think giving his game negative reviews and being overly critical and in some cases downright mean is going to encourage someone like that to continue? There's ways to say that I liked 90% of the game but I didnt like the end without being as toxic

Since i had zero interest in Molly..i have to accept the ending i got...and move on..i have no feelings one way or another anymore..it is already in the past of games i once played...i got to play a complete game for free so for that thanks..

I am never a fan of a VN/game that really only gives you one ending, and the way the developer handled it was less then ideal. Would have been nice to have an ending available for someone other then Molly (who I am not alone in finding the least desirable of all the ladies in this game). It didn't have to be nikki, there were a number of other girls there. So, as my view as the MC, I get an unhappy ending while the sister (who does a mental hatchet job on her brother, imo) gets a happy one. He did finish the game, but it made me regret finishing the game. I won't say that I will not try another game of this developer, as the story was interesting to a point and the graphical content steadily improved, I just hope he doesn't railroad his audience into a set ending next time. (And yes, I do support developers whose games I like)

first time posting, i'm another one that liked the game but hated the ending, i was never interested in molly, so her being the end goal... disappointing, i wish molly was a character in acting lessons, i would choose her in a second to die in the fire instead of melissa or megan

The more I read about this ending the more I am grate I have not played since Tales and and Nikki slept together. I dont mind Molly either but I guarantee if a happy ending for Nikki is ending up with a religious guy I would not be happy. I also dont like being shoehorned into 1 choice for the most part which is why I dislike how AL ended
