It's the policy. 3 months with no activity or indication of activity. Hopefully, people will now move on and, if Pandelo ever returns to the game, we will all enjoy it once again. At that time, this site will change the label for the game, but in the meantime, it's both a warning and an encouragement to find your entertainment elsewhere.

There will always be a void in my heart for my cutie-pie Sara (the daughter). She really was one of a kind. (Honestly, I only put up with her mom just to get her, even though her mom is super hot herself.)

The reason its abandoned is personal problems. He didn't get board with the game or run out of ideas, when the personal problems work themselves out (hopefully for the better) he'll work on the game again.
He still has 1000 patrons, he hasn't shut down the account yet. I think that is a key piece of information that makes it more likely he has plans to continue eventually IMO.

I know why he put it on hold. Just because his page is still up means less than nothing, just means it's not a priority.
There hasn't been a single word in months, I just don't see it happening, I think he's got far more on his plate than this and I doubt he'll be back.

I think so too, he had a very decent number of patrons, I guess something bad must have happened indeed, and every person deals with problems in different ways
a situation like irredeemable is very rare, throwing away all his support like that without a good reason is nuts

Im with you! I think of him as that kind of person who would tell his patreons that he will not continue on the game. But mybe it is just the desperate wish of a fan that want's the game to continue!
But remember the Abondoned Tag is there because of F95 rules! And maybe it is a good omen that the long lost @RudeboyUK is back and works on his game too!

Its not THAT long really. Last time we see him is back in december 2018. Its only has been 3 month since then. I have seen many other artists and creators go hiatus for years before they come back continue their works.

It may be he does come back to it but people seem to have their hopes up and that's just asking for disappointment if he doesn't come back.
I'm pretty sure family comes first especially if that family is sick and looking after his mother may well end up a full time job in which case it will be years.

To me it tells that he doesn't care. He's still raking in almost $4K a month but doesn't bother to even leave a note to people whose money he's gladly having. His game may not be a top priority in his life right now but every time he sees the balance of his bank account he's reminded about it. "I wouldn't have this much money if I had frozen the Patreon account." But he won't do it. His hands may be full right now but if he has time to take a dump, he has time to grab his phone and log in to leave a message while he's sitting on the toilet. But he's not bothered.
