Hm... seem honorable deed of a son. I can relate to it since once my father also got a heart attack. But the thing is, either the patient die or getting stable under 1 or 2 months. Kinda questionable extended to 3~4 months hiatus. Anyways, not gonna hoping much, since the medical bill of heart attack is nuts, so I don't count he's gonna back developing porn games and prefer finding normal job with better income to pay those med-bill.

I agree. He paused his Patreon and after that post didn't said anything more. He is not taking money of people, and he is kinda of vanished (as far as I know). This really looks like someone that is passing for something difficult like this. If he was still posting and keeping people's hope about the game it would looks much more of a lie in my opinion.
