Played the game when it first started and played it now again. It had so much potential and is still absolutely competitive to other games, with two charming female chars, mom and daughter and their common boyfriend. A shame that it ended so abrupt.

if there is no exe - check if your antivir if it didnt quarantine it, happens with some games and give permission
only thing i can think off, you unrar it and run it same as any game

No, this is sadly dead since December 2018, the developer had some family issues to solve and never returned or gave status updates again since then.

What I'm curious about is that the dev still has 70 Patrons paying $200 a month. Are these people who just forgot to cancel, or just retroactively keep supporting this game?

In the first few months after his departure he paused the monthly payment manually each month. My bet is, that he has changed the subscription fee to "charged per update", what means, the patreons only get charged, when he releases an update. But tbh, i don't know for certain.
