PS2: I changed the extensions, I put .txt instead of .log

You won't need to start a new game unless there's a problem with your save. Copy the profile folder from the previous version and paste it into the new version. Then you can continue from where you left off.

I ended up figuring out how to activate the cheats menu myself (v.0.3.0.7).
Just copy the key.ini file to the (root) game directory. It will unlock the debug mode. Have fun.

Edit:
I would advise not messing around with most things in the "Debug console" to avoid potential problems.

The manor only goes up to level 3, currently. The 4th item in both Amber's and Julia's tier 4 events are placeholders for tier 5 (which is why they're in development right now). So if that's where you are currently with both girls, that's all the content there is at the moment.
