Yeah Veronica was my favorite in MotH, forgot about her with respect to this topic.
and i know why it bugs some people, but it's not like any of these girls don't want the MC in their respective stories or are out to steal any girls from him, quite the opposite.

It requires security room renovation. I tried to let down the maintanance, but everytime the gym, massage, pool or kitchen need maintance, but never the security room. How can I get that?

The security room doesnt need mainetance, only to be up and running.
Then to trigger you just follow the pic.
Kay resting and Laura in massage room in morning/afternoon. Kay will go to the security room by herself.

A lot of the bugs that were present in the earlier versions have all been fixed in subsequent updates. Barring any unforeseen events, you should be fine.

This is done per guest, by satisfying their VIP status.
Only once the guest is VIP will it automatically complete.
