Both files of yours have a single line. This not what I asked for. In the folder "Faerin Games" should be a file named "player.log". Usually the file starts with these lines:Ok, I sent wrong on previous, sorry this its what you requested....

Here is your problem -> missing WebP-Support for images.
Solution:
- Make sure you installed all Windows 10 updates including optional updates.
- or (install Visual C++ 2015 x86 -> Important: If you already have a newer versions of C++ installed (2017/2019) you need to uninstall them. Then install C++ 2015. You need x86 because the game is compiled as x86 application.)
BTW I notice your graphic card driver is outdated. Your driver is from 2019. 3 days ago NVIDIA released a new driver for your graphic card.
I had to laugh about that too, even if I do know people who do that in real life, it seems bad for a high end place like that. That said, it was still a lot better than another game I won't mention, where they not only painted over the patterned wallpaper, but when they were done ...IT LOOKED THE SAME!!!! Still with the same wallpaper pattern.Did they just paint over wallpaper? Seriously?

V0.1.0 will be released this Friday.
I've got a lot of work done this month and it's finally starting to look and play more like a game now (if I say so myself).
I did wanted to add more content for this update, but unfortunately adding the new guests, rooms and outfits took longer than I hoped.
So for v0.1.1 I will take a full month just adding more renders and scenes, to fill in the gaps some more, as it still feels a bit grindy now due to there not being much to do beside the actual management and a few scenes.
I hope you guys will bare with me.
In the mean time, here's a small preview:

Thank you! I was wondering the same that the root directory was. I wish the patch came with simpler instructions, just like the way you mentioned.In the main game folder, that's the same place as the Mystwood Manor.exe file.
