I think there's a few cards/traits that may be bugged. Unfortunately, I only really used maybe 1/4 of the cards I collected.
I also think there's some real balance problems right now, which I mentioned in my updated Review. For example, when I finally got Tier 5 and 6/8 girls maxed out, I all of a sudden started getting fails in the Restaurant. I had Amber (fully maxed) in there and she had 20% of buffs (5% trait, 5% item and two cards) and she was only pulling off 57-58% scores. Like, WTF? It happened three times and I lost 2 guests for the first time in ages.
IMO, when your employee is same Tier as the guest, they shouldn't need 3 or 4 buffs. Instead, make the interactions between employees that are lower tier and still leveling up harder. So if a Tier 4 employee was serving a Tier 5 guest, then - yes - you need to move multiple cards and items around. But on same Tier interactions, you should be OK with just their permanent traits and maybe 1 item or card. You should have to dumb down Julias level just to get lower Tier guests to be successful. That's my 2-cents anyhow.
(EDIT: Forgot to mention - suggestion - to compensate for my above suggestion, and not make the game too easy - have random failures of some kind that are clearly marked as such. for example, in the restaurant, maybe a meal randomly gets ruined because the food is spoiled.. something like that. That get's mitigated by you doing the QA office thing or some other variable you can manage.)

No, she was maxed. Her and Julia were my first two girls maxed out. I checked their points on the Staff page. It just seemed to happen when I switched tiers with Julia - to take tier 5 guests instead of 4. Amber had never had a bad interaction in the restaurant up until then (unless I clicked the wrong meal of course).
I'm going to start from scratch when the next update comes out. I'll keep better notes then.

750/750 XP provides 60% satisfaction at Level 5.
You also had a total of +20% and yet you somehow got 57% (not even 750/750's amount!), instead of 80%.
Subtracting the 20% leaves just 37% gained from your skill, which does seem distinctly like the sort of amount a Level 4/low XP Level 5 skill would achieve.
There is no way that I can think of to reach a number that does not end in a 0 or a 5, other than the skill XP not being full.
Weird.
To test this, I wonder if larry5168, Sycho or S3pHiroTh can check the % gained by a low XP Level 5 skill.
If it's anything similar to 37%, I think that's your answer: Low skill level, not bug.
If you'd only just upgraded to Level 5, then it's completely understandable that Amber hadn't failed a guest before.
They were only Level 4 guests, their satisfaction % is lower.
Level 5 guests are more demanding & harder to satisfy.

Seriously, absolutely no way would I like to see random failures introduced.
If I fail, I want to be able to improve and not fail again.
Not for me to be the best I can possibly make my character & it still fail, cos RNGesus said so.

I'm not spending 4 game days getting tier 5 Sophie to VIP just to lose it on the last encounter because someone 'randomly' stubbed their toe and MC wasn't in the office to 'mitigate it' because he had a heart encounter to complete.
Just.... NO!
MC can go to Office and Customer service ( + 10 % for all working Girls ) with this I make with each boosted Girl 90 - 100 % Service.

You have to level up all the three skills a girl has. When all the skills go to level 2, the girl will go to staff level 2 and so on

I don't have this problem. When I have Riley working in the Gym, she always gets 95% satisfaction scores. This is with the 10% office boost. I think that everything is working correctly.

Isn't it even 115% (in theory) with e. g. Fitness Freak, Athletic and Athletic II? Why you want to combine those skills would be a valid question however.
Are you sure about "succesfully"? IIRC you also get XP if you fail. Of course you get no XP with no guest to serve.

There is an "X II" trait after you picked "X", where X is any customer service +5%, giving another 5%. I don't know whether it combines with the star trait however, since I never picked that combo, and since I never picked a "II" trait I wouldn't know whether there possibly is a "III" or even "IV" trait.

Understandable, lol. Just a suggestion.
But, honestly, I am not a fan of having to move cards and items around on every cycle of the game.
Btw, have you played Faerin's other game - MotH? That pizza delivery job is 100% RNG, lol.

However, it is not a core game mechanic, but a side stint you do so often to earn money until you get the better job at the gym (also RNG). Worst that could happen is you make no money for one round. The repercussions here are worse (missing Sofia VIP can be a PITA - not a game changer but a fun changer)

If you serve a level 5 guest without any cards and other bonuses, if the girl's skill is at the beginning of level 5 she will achieve 40% satisfaction, if I correctly understand what you have asked
