I have an issue, i can't see characters for the past 2 updates i donwloaded the game. I always get this white half screen when a character is supposed to appear.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Download the .zip file and extract all of the files to a temporary folder (that you can delete later) and run the included "install_all.bat" file. Then try playing the game and see if that problem happens again.

I dont get it where does the I patch go? on the same folder as the exe? btw highest resolution is 1080p?

Yes, the I Patch (mapping file) goes into the same folder as the exe.
No, the highest resolution normally isn't 1080.

ok last thing I will ask xD can I get all the tarot cards or I need to pick the best ones one only? cause I got the fool, the scribe and the host should I reroll?

In the long run you can get all cards. Just pick here what seems best for your playstyle/situation.
