The problem being, that a vast number of people around the world would not be happy about being forced to give their personal identification to Steam, I don't even want to give them my credit card info, I use gift cards.Typically Germany. It's actually quite simple. You just have to create an ID check when creating an account. It works on other sites too. But in germany there's always just a lot of rambling but nothing ever done. And nobody thinks anyway.
But not a big problem. Shouldn't be too difficult to set up a paid acc for farien on patreons, at least temporarily. And in no time I have his treasure
This is not the same thing as flashing your ID for some cashier to look at your date of birth, so you can buy booze or porn, this is a world wide company, collecting your personal data, and storing it on their servers, just waiting to be hacked ...again.
Germany just needs to deal with the fact that if teens want porn, they are going to get it, one way or another, even all the way back when I was a kid.
But yeah, in the meantime, there is Itch.io.

To unlock the Club, you need to have completed the 3rd event for Hanna's Tier 1.
Did you use a mod to push her to Level 5, or did you progress through normal gameplay?
If you didn't cheat with a mod to bump Hana to Level 5, then it should have unlocked & be ready for renovation.

You're more than likely also missing a few places on your exploration map as well. And if you're using a cheat mod, it makes it worse.
