i found a bug with sofia in her final scene when you tell her to stop it gets hung up on the scene anyone else have this issue

I expect it would be quite popular. I reckon I'd stay there!

Green and Blue are a bit trickier, but are distinct from the other three colors used so far and line up nicely with Purple to form their half of the rainbow (as long as you ignore Indigo, which let's be honest most people do).

I wonder if the Blue above Green is something as basic as sky above land.
To be fair, Indigo & Violet are both shades of purple, effectively.

For anyone brought up with the expression: "Richard Of York Gained Battles In Vain", Indigo is not ignored.

If you're re-using the same pattern that was previously generated randomly, it's no longer random. It's specifically chosen, "due to reference, familiarity, and plagiarism."

You probably have the game buried in a multitude of folders so the path is too long, try moving the main game folder to your C drive so the path will read C:/Mystwood Manor and try the scene again

Choices are not the be all and end all of gameplay. There are countless games which do not contain choices. Instead, they tell a story.

Exactly, so this game should focus on telling a story, instead of offering chore-like gameplay. Make it engaging or dont bother with it is what I say.

There are also countless games which contain nothing but the illusion of choice (looking at you, CP2077!).

Nothing wrong with linear experiences. Though I appreciate good C&C when appropriate, fallout 1 & 2 are among my favorite games after all.

Best thing to do, would be simply move on and find something that you're happy with, instead of redundantly complaining about a finished game that's not going to be changed, now.

There is certainly nothing constructive, here.

Gameplay revolves entirely about mindless chores, it is not engaging in any way.

Yes there are. But they do not extend to everything. With most things you can go with intersubjectively better at best, sometimes not even that.

Often the music of Johann Sebastian Bach is considered the best there is. Yet, others take more enjoyment from different music.

And if indeed you dislike the premise of this game (which is "mindless chores"), then whichone is correct, this game just isn't for you, you'd need a complete rewrite. But there are people around who enjoy chores like this and there are those who don't, and none of them is correct or incorrect.

The services she requires are RNG, when she turns up and doesn't want swimming, re-roll.
There's a Tarot card that you can equip to Kurt Russell (sorry, Julia) which grants additional re-rolls of guests.
You might have to do this a few times, before the relevant service is required.

I see the logic in what you have done as your accepting her as a level 3 guest but Mischa can come in straight at level 5 which probably wasn't made very clear so if you up the level of guest to 4 or 5 she will turn up and require the pool

Dammit, I should've checked to make sure his Hotel was set to at least lvl 4, to access the pool.

I'm trying out the final version, my save is from version 8, and I'm around day 50. But I can't get the guests to level up at all now, my hotel is level 4 and the guests are all at 2 still. They don't seem to get any increases after their stay, even though the happiness is always at 100% afterwards. Am I missing something?

The guests don't automatically increase levels like the staff does. Hover your mouse pointer over the number in the circle (upper left) above the lobby.
