Interact with him during his events. Talk to him about the well that you've discovered (once you've read the inscription) and ask him about the history to Mystwood.

i did the well part some time ago and ive talked to him every time i get a chance all it does is ask about his book and him nothing about history

Since my last comment, I was able to get the game to start playing and have been playing it every chance I can. I have been trying to level up all the girls stats all the way up to max (5). My next question is would it be smart to raise all the girls stats before I continue with the main story?

Short answer: Match hotel level to the girls skill level.
Get all the girls skills to level 2, then raise the lobby to level 2.
Rinse, repeat.
At level 4 you may want to hold off from checking Sophia (5 star guest) in until the girls are most of the way to 5.
At level 5 you definitely want to skip Sophia, and maybe the Nun, until the girls xp bars are maxed.
There higher they are, compared to the guest, will make it easier to complete the guest interactions successfully.
I have one question, too many pages to look trough. What are the Tire 5 special items for each girl?
