(a) as has been said, this game is completed and it is doubtful that a sequel will happen or there will be other major changes to it
(b) this dev (Faerin) abides by the philosophy of "OCTRA" - "One Cock To Rule All". He won't do any swinging/ntr/other male content anyway
So unfortunately for you that is not gonna happen.
how to up kay's love stat? i'm currently at 65 and need to be at 75 for next event, it is the first time this stat seem to matter....

Each tier event you do gives you +5 on their love stats. I have a feeling the one that you are doing is Kay's tier 5_1 ("Surprise") event with Julia? If so, it's Julia's love stat that needs to be at 75, not Kay's.

The only difference between the versions that's available here and the one on Steam is only a bugfix (for Story mode). There's no additional content. But to answer your question, no. You'd have to purchase it on Steam, Itch, Lovense or Nutaku.
The latest version is supposedly 1.1.2. In any case, according to Steam, I can't run it on my computer because I have the latest version of macOS because it's 32-bit instead of 64-bit. Can anyone offer some insight?

I've asked Faerin for clarification. I'll let you know what he says. I do know that Windows players have to have a 64-bit architecture in order to run the game.
From what I gathered, it should run on 32-bit, but it depends on which MacOS you're using. Maybe this will help?
