... unfortunately for some people the least they could do will be the last they will do.It is the least I could do.

Yeah, according to Faerin, they were not really inspired by anyone in particular, but it's hard to say how the subconscious works, we all like to find patterns.Nitpicking the fun out of it: a character can be fictional, yet still inspired by others![]()
We also generally become surprised, when others do not see the same similarity as we do.Yeah, according to Faerin, they were not really inspired by anyone in particular, but it's hard to say how the subconscious works, we all like to find patterns.
Well, that is why in general I don't like people, but cherish the few who are worth of my respect and admiration.... unfortunately for some people the least they could do will be the last they will do.
lol In the words ofWell, that is why in general I don't like people,
I remember when I was still active on UESP (an Elder Scrolls wiki) where people were adding all kind of easter eggs and stuff alluding to this book or that movie ... until one day the dev spoke out and said something amounting to "we never heard of any of the games or characters you're mentioning here at all". Yes, people see similarities to what they know, but only 10% of the population even know of that character you think of and odds are the ones making a game are not in this group. We also generally become surprised, when others do not see the same similarity as we do.
"Really?? You don't see it? Wow! But it's so clear, to me."
Which is presumably why, when one person sees something that makes them think of "Actress X", they automatically assume that Actress X must be who the dev had in mind.
I had the same discussion in DeLuca Family, recently. Someone thought a character there was "definitely inspired by" some Anime character that I'd never heard of, simply because she reminded him, personally, of that character.
I said that you might want to check that the dev has ever even watched the show, before saying the character in his game was definitely inspired by it.![]()
Thanks1. Go and buy a fishing rod and torch from the store
2. Talk to Libby at the Stag about skinny dipping to unlock the lake
3, Go to the cave in the woods you will find three statues
4. Go fishing you should find a bronze spider in there
5. Explore the woods until you have found a crown
6. Go to Isabella's cottage during the day and you will find a bronze plaque
7. Go back to the cave and equip each statue with the appropriate item and you will receive a naked statue
8. Equip that statue to yourself and you can then unlock the special tier for the girls
You must also have done the bank vault puzzle and completed Orviles storyline
Julia is obviously inspired by Jay Leno though.Yeah, according to Faerin, they were not really inspired by anyone in particular, but it's hard to say how the subconscious works, we all like to find patterns.
The next update we're going to get, (released today, likely available tonight or this weekend) is the final update. The main story is complete and the ending is present in the game, i think there is either post game or side quest type content for this update then moving on to a new project (no idea what that is personally). Is this the last update
Probably not.Is this the last update

Just a question out of curiosity, is it bad if it really would have a reensamblance with someone, (example there are on this site a lot of games were the LI remember me of some girlfriends ex couples or somone I know, I mean like you said it is all in our minds,We also generally become surprised, when others do not see the same similarity as we do.

I expect that, if the dev openly stated that the character in his game was based on a pop-star, film-star, pop-culture character, then it would be subject to paying royalties, as I'm sure most of those people and characters are trademarks.Just a question out of curiosity, is it bad if it really would have a reensamblance with someone, (example there are on this site a lot of games were the LI remember me of some girlfriends ex couples or somone I know, I mean like you said it is all in our minds,
Ok I don´t know which consequences it would have if a dev openly admit that he was inspired by somone of the Public life.

The coming update was planned to be the final one, but it's now looking like there might be a Halloween Special.

Final release of this game, if that Halloween episode poll gets accepted, will be end of October.
No, I comented that in the old tread,It's not likely that the dev has ever met your ex.
Yes, sometimes you even get a strong reminder of someone when you look at an actor\actress, but cannot understand why.No, I comented that in the old tread,![]()
