From the Guide, found via link in the OP:
Steps to obtain the special “item” (not available in “Story” mode)
Go to the General Store and purchase the fishing rod and flashlight.
Go to the Royal Stag and talk to Libby about skinny dipping (unlocks the lake on your exploration map).
Explore the lake to fish in order to find the bronze spider (see requirements).
Explore the woods to find a bronze crown.
Explore Isabella's cottage to find the bronze rectangle.
Explore the cave and put the items on the correct statues.
Go to the Manor and equip the figurine to your MC and claim the girls' rewards.
Requirements:
Requires you to have completed the "Cracking the case" event for the MC.
All 3 items can only be found exploring during the day.

There is an RNG (Random Number Generator) involved, so if you don't find it on the first couple of tries, just keep trying. It's there.

I would also suggest looking at the second statue in the cave and in your inventory, you may have found it and not realized it. I had that happen with a player on Discord a few months back. He couldn't find the rectangle, but it was already on one of the statues. Another player had the rectangle in his inventory and wondered why he couldn't find it.

So I dropped my Patreon a while back and am now catching up via Steam... so am I bugged, or do just Julia and Kay have the repeatable nightly events?
If so, I think we've been hit by another case of having stretched out the early game so long that the ending is rushed out of boredom, which is a pity, considering how much promise this game had. If not... I'm experiencing it even with a new character

Maybe the Steam version grabbed some of your old files by mistake?
Stranger things have happened.
When I bought Deliverance on Steam, it grabbed a random save from my Patreon version and unlocked a bunch of scenes in the gallery right away. Very strange
The only female guest that you can't fuck so far is Karen.

Then, I assume, you need to complete something else, like the Historian's quests or something.

Just downloaded 1.0.1 and copied my profile from v0.9.3.5 but it seems like there's a bug with loading/saving. On the main menu clicking Load doesn't do anything and Continue successfully loads but once I try to save/load the interface for it doesn't show up and i'm stuck...
