Yeah, provide the save, it sounds like it didn't complete or register that event for some reason, I would suggest trying again, even if you have to load an older save.

No need anymore, when I saved the game I decided to close it and then open it again and for some reason it worked that time.
Edit: After reading back over the comments I realized part of the disagreement was my fault because I said that she was level 23 and not level 24. That was a mistake, she was level 24 and the event didn't want to trigger.

Search the trash can in the mall, view DahliaDarlin's stream several nights in a row until she tells you to tune in early next time, view her stream in the morning, and then go talk to Iris the next morning
You need to also copy the persistent save file.
Iris goes up to 3 in the current build.
The save doesn't help, you need the persistent file.

Just got done playing the new update....
Not entirely, it was mostly a QoL update after all (sadly). There are some good things in it, but I get why some are disappointed, especially since a big part of it was the audio that many of us don't want anyway.

That’s not just 0.8. All uptade (except initial release) take a very long time for a minimum content. Icstor take long time but release huge content. MrDots release every month with huge content too (that’s why I’m a patreon).

Yup, and Faerin puts one out every other week. Not all games are the same, an open world adventure game is not the same as a linear VN, and each team has their own pace and issues to work around. It's all a matter of what you enjoy I suppose, as much as I like Melody's art, I like this play style better myself.
The problem with Icstor is that he's never properly finished a game, hopefully he will this time, but if his old games are any indication, this will will have half a dozen dropped threads too.
