I had 13 Hearts (Nefari) and it worked for me.

Fanora's bottom right gallery image is gotten by going to talk to her in the morning in her room. Don't know the level to get it, but probably max considering what it is.
Also, I started a new game and somehow didn't get one of the Sunday events (going to the beach). Not sure if that is a bug since I didn't think those could be missed. In the console, you can run "jump Sunday4" to go to it if you have the same problem.

With the "special code", in Gallery, I just see the new unlocked pictures but not the previous unlocked from v0.1.
