So I looked at the code because I'm having the same problem and it is a bit dumbfounding. I changed all the variable to satisfy the if and the menu option still doesn't work. However you can type the last two commands into the console and work around it that way.

ie.
naira.in_room = False
jump nai_room_d

            mc "Hey, I need to get into Naira's room."
            scene est_garden hmm
            est "Oh, what do you need in there?"

                    mc "I forgot my shirt in there."
                    est "Your... shirt? Oh, I’ll go get it for you, sweetie."
                    mc "Actually, I’ll just wait for her to get home from work."
                    jump garden_menu
                "I need to use her washer.":
                    mc "I need to use her washer."
                    est "Oh, is yours not working? You can use mine if you need to."
                    jump garden_menu
                "I need to fix her computer." if repair > 0:
                    mc "She wanted me to fix her computer before she got home from work."
                    scene est_garden 0
                    est "Oh, I see. I’ll let you in then, hun."
                    scene bg hallway with fade
                    "You follow Esther to Naira’s room."
                    "She unlocks the door and lets you in."

You guys need to level up repair skill.
At hallway in the house, you can find a clipboard on the right side.
Click that and toilet repair event occur(if you accepted).
Stop by toilet and click ! mark. then go to mall and buy pumping pipe.
go back to toilet and click again ! mark.
after you did this event, repair skill level will be 1.
Then ask esther. there will be another option you can choose.
'I need to fix her computer.'

I did that and manually set repair to 1 and tried again with it higher, still no go, it doesnt make any sense, the if condition is satisfied, I confirmed each var value in the console, it should work.

Every single girl has a special event chain.. except Nefari, who is my clear favorite here. My favorite girl in Milfy City is Judy (beside Linda) and she won't be having events for quite some time. In Rogue-Like Evolution, i have all the hots for Emma, of course she has barely enough content next to the two other girl. I'm beginning to notice a pattern here... :confounded:

Try to change your sigs to see if this is the case...

I've never played RLE so I can't say anything about that, but I have different preference with the chars in MM and MC, so I'm happy with the current status of things. Naira is my favourite, I've a weakness for shy girls. :angel:

The only thing I've been unable to complete is unlocking Fanora's cell phone, mainly because I have no idea how to get my hands on it. It's allegedly in her room, but searching around doesn't help, and I can't search her drawers while she's there. Anyone care to give me a hint?

Enter her room in the evening. You can acess the phone, when her back is turned towards the PC. Also you find her phone next to the PC.

I love the concept and the characters, I played 0.2. Is there any sexual content in the new version?

That was a bug from version 0.2.0, the only way to solve this is that someone share their "persistent" files, or that you start over again in version 0.3.0

Yeah there is sexual content but limited to certain characters (just one from the manor).
