Hey everyone,
Development on v0.23 has finally begun to start up again after a long period of delays.
I am still very much committed to completing Mythic Manor and am sorry that the delays have been so massive recently. I really appreciate everyone who's been sticking around all this time and still looking forward to the new versions.
If you have any suggestions on what characters/storylines you'd like to see new content for most, it'd be greatly appreciated as it's been a bit overwhelming getting back into all of this and choosing which girls to work on (although I already have some in progress).

I'll post another update as development continues, but right now I can't say exactly how long it's going to take to finish v0.23, but I'm aiming for just after the holidays as I will be a bit busy later this month.

"After a long period of delays" = We foresaw a dry up in Patreon money so we're starting up the 20 year development process of 0.23 ahead of that.

Fr though, this game is almost as graphically outdated as Ecchi Sensei with an equally lazy dev. It'd do better with either a makeover or an entirely new dev.

According to Graphtreon, he still earns about $8,500 a month, despite the numbers steadily falling.


I just never fully understood this model of paying the dev to make the game, when shenanigans like this happen. They make a game with potential, updates are steady at first, then slow down as the work picks up, more delays, silence, then 'whoops, we canceled the game, but thanks for the free money.' Probably why I'll never donate to these projects.

Very excited to see we're getting back to proper development, but I'm worried we're once again going to go for breadth over depth and get burned out again because we're adding new characters. What the dev needs isn't new characters, it's closure.

The sad thing is everything you just posted could have been said 6 years ago.

They already did the whole promise of faster development. They provided the opposite.

They already said they'd add new story development. They just added new characters instead.

Here we are now in 2026 and the last update was in 2024. Also according to the dev they just started back up development since they lost members. So according to how the current release schedule is, they wont have an update until 2027 at the earliest.

Oof. Time flies. I remember when the game got regular updates. Still love the characters, but it's that closure we definitely need. New technologies have been developed since, new versions of Honey Select, new character models etc. Best to wrap things up steadily - here's hoping the devs will get similar feedback from their Patrons and find the guts to finish the game.
