I'm probably just really stupid and walked by it over and over again but, where is the Skull Jar on the Middle Layer? The blue fairy in the Swamp Village says it should be on that layer but I swear I've looked everywhere. I've went ahead and gone all the way ahead to the epilogue but I still can't find the jar. I'm working my way through the last dungeon after saving my cousin but I know I can use the pistons to go pretty much anywhere.

Ahh yes it is on a lone island in the spirit ruins(aka. one of the most annoying labyrinth in any games I am tempted to say), the only way to get there is a using a specific spirit in the last outside map of that area, the one that is highlighted (though the highlights are only a slightly thicker border, might be hard to see), the sort of mid-top spirit in the following SS

(There is at least a teleport piston north of that bridge that go off screen), so should be pretty quick to get)

Thanks, now I know why I kept missing it. The spirit was hidden by one of the pink tentacle things.

A quick note I've found while playing that I haven't seen anybody mention. The Magical Seraph outfit seems to be immune to all of the sex traps in the dungeons that cause Eliza harm. I haven't tried walking over every single one yet but it nullified all of them in the final dungeon before the epilogue. Once you get it I suggest wearing it when you can if they annoy you.

well traps are a non-issue from like layer 2 and onwards really, there is no need for protection, you can avoid every single one of them anyway and even trigger quite a few before going down to get the scenes from them, so no need really to wear any costume for protection

yeah the anime episode was... of questionable quality, and the fact they litterally used the ingame map, just swapping out the character sprites at one point in it... almost made it into a comedy xD

In which part exactly are you stuck? Finding the key(s)? Or to find how to cross the watery basement?

the ship iron gate how to get it and plus how to beat the monster guarding the yellow crystal

That gate's key is in captain's room at top floor. To get the key to captain's room, there's a spirit you must defeat at one of the open rooms.
As for this monster guarding the yellow crystal, I don't seem to remember anything like that in the ship (CMIIW). Monsters in the ship are small fries that most share the same weakness to Thunder, I don't think anyone would ever struggle against them. I guess you mean the sub boss inside the well area? That one is rather tough indeed, and it's designed to defeat you at normal level (much like the thundercloud monster, the game wants you to have a taste of its strength, be defeated for egg, then comes back later after you're leveled up). If you're in a hurry to defeat it, use Dark element.

i dint equip the thunder monster so i had a hard time defeating these monsters in the ship plus i need to go to normal difficulty to defeat the monster

Hi everyone! I got the "Little Glory" monster armor in the game but I can't use it. In the description it says "Enable Lv. 1 egg." What does that mean? What do I need to do to 'activate' it?
