Well, my first guess would be to get a modern gaming PC. The game is heavily utilizing the GPU and also keep a lot of things I'm the RAM
All good as the dev replied on a more modern laptop to be acquired as I checked the specs on mine and it even says for the GPU is intended for low-end CPUs on "the lightest gaming" as the cpu is on Intel Celeron and gpu is on Intel HD integrated.

Will there be sliders to have unrealistic/hyper proportion genitals/privates in the future, would love to have 2 people fighting with humongous ass breasts, asscheeks, and cocks.

I don't think so. THe majority of the Naked Fighter community prefers realistic stuff
The things that I think it would make the game better:1)Making special animation and voices that triggers when the characters orgasms and not getting an instant game over scene.2)Adding orgasm bars and hp bars into the virtual playground,it would make the RolePlays much much better,especially in sex fights3)When the character uses any smother moves like reverse headscissor,sleeper hold,breast smother,facesitting,the victim should be choked out when his or her HP reaches 0 and not getting an instant game over scene just like when the victim orgasms.

when I downloaded this version, it crashed on startup after a few seconds... but the one I downloaded earlier didn’t crash and played fine
Well, I assume Unity changed something in their compiler. The previous version was made with one of the previous Unity patches, at least that's the only explanation I have. I dunno, try to update nvidia drivers, try to exit browser to get some free VRAM, that kind of things.
