I once stayed up till 2 am to watch Dune (the one with Sting) and I wasn't as disappointed as when I played this..

At the time, I did not finish all 4 chapters, so I was optimistic that since we did not see who Natsumi was going to marry, and that in the next scene we get the message sometimes choices in the past affect the future or something like that... that the wedding with Natsumi was not set completely. I had hoped that if we choose her solo path, (because no one can stay unmarried while having a harem, amirite?) at the last minute, we would run away with her before walking her down the aisle.

After having just finished playing chapter 4, I see now that the wedding takes place no matter what since we literally wake up in the present, the night after Natsumi's wedding night, with both her and some other girl, naked in bed with our own 'wife' sitting in a chair, bored and frustrated. It sucks that we have no choice in this, as the game assumes we are playing the harem path... we have already married Yui, and Natsumi and her 'wife' are both naked in the same bed we just spend the night having a threesome in.

I'm not sure how exactly we're even supposed to get a solo path with Natsumi if we have no choice in rejecting everyone else. In fact, all we see is Natsumi threatening us to never to cheat on her... or else... not even with our own mother, but I'm supposed to accept out of nowhere we are in some illogical, open relationship with multiple women, some who may have even paired off... because 'reality' demands they can't be unmarried while being in a committed relationship and share the same guy?

Long story short, I do agree this is NOT a harem. I don't know what this is frankly, other than siblings being in a sexual relationship for 11 years, and despite all the declarations of love and how Natsumi wants to have her brother's babies, I see the opposite of that. Despite the literal thousands of creampies Natsumi has had over the years, she apparently has never gotten pregnant, or at least there was no mention of any children... and despite all the mutual exchanges of "I love you", both siblings still end up marrying other people. I was trying to keep an open mind and hope for the best, but not sure if I will keep playing.

Well, i know its the internet and all that but, i played the game in its totality before i started bitching, i dont even have a problem with the "Fight against NTR" Plot i actually liked it because it shows that the fucker never had a chance against our (not)waifu.
But the prolog, and the whole dont know if i want to call it a backstory, sucks ass and kills all enjoyment harem or not, because in the end you get cucked by a girl, and being a willing cuck makes you still a cuck. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Turns out it wasn't that hard to add pregnancy into the game, but it's not going to make sense to add pregnancy into the original ending. So I think I will make a pregnancy ending which will be an alternate ending.

Old post I know, but how developed is this path and how early will it branch?

I think y'all are overly hooked onto this marriage thing. The 1 star review alone made me cringe a bit, it was overkill and I think shows a clear lack of understanding for how a 1-5 rating system works. This is one of the least offensive things I have seen on this site and no one knows how it will turn out yet so it's kind of a waste of energy to appear this offended by this 1 thing.

At least wait for the story to develop more before you have a stroke ffs.

Sorry for the small rant but I read that 1 star review and felt flabbergasted and weirdly offended at the pettiness of it.

Unlike most other people complaining about the wedding I have no real problem with it as it stands, it is not ideal and I would prefer if it was not there but it is not that big of a deal, what I want to know is if it is confirmed that Risa being a virgin is a thing in this new version of the game, the story was supposed to be changed to allow players to choose if she is one or not, then the remake got announced, is Risa's virginity still planned or was it discarded?
Because honestly that is the only reason I still give this game a chance, I already explained my reasons so if the route change is not planned anymore it would be good to know.

I liked the concept and idea of the wedding so I will stick at it and hope it expands a little more yet.

Since I haven't seen this reported on this thread, when you try to open the game it says:
The solution I've found to fix it is to just add to any rpy file the lines: screen game_cheat_menu_screen:
pass

This is happened because you turned config.developer into True in 00library.rpy. Turning the developer mode force the game to check all screen during initializing even if it's not being used, and game_cheat_menu_screen only available to people who has cheat.rpa. I don't have any problem with anyone who use the developer mode, but I just feel like this will take some work to fix , because I have to learn some other way to patch renpy's game and there's no clear guideline for this on Renpy's documentation. Regular players won't have any problem with this and players who use the developer mode should be able to fix it themselves, especially now that you've posted the solution, so thank you for that. And I hope players who use developer mode can understand why I'm not fixing this bug for now.

Risa's Chapter is after Kashiwagi's Chapter, and Kashiwagi's Chapter is the next chapter. The option for Risa will be given during Risa's Chapter, and the I still plan to give the player an option whether she's a virgin or not.

I thought it was pretty clear that the wedding in the prologue will be avoided in the future if player choose Natsumi's route, there's this new line added to the first few lines of Chapter 1:

"Was it really just a daydream, or a glimpse of the future? That will depend on your actions going forward."

And there's also a new scene with Natsumi after the future with Yui on Chapter 4 that indicate that it's also might be just a dream, meaning it will not happen if player choose Natsumi's route. There's this line too if you choose to not replay the previous content but choose to know what is changed:

"As there are now multiple routes and endings, namely Harem Ending and Natsumi Ending."
"The 11 years into the future are now either a glimpse of the future, or just daydreams and dreams."
"This include the wedding in the prologue and the hotel scenes with Yui."

But some of you will still choose to complain anyway, and whatever, nothing will be rewritten. If you don't like this that much, write your own story that you like and aligned with your views. That's how I started anyway, I don't like NTR so much that I decided to write something that crush NTR.
