This is a Lesbian Exhibition game so what little there is in the game is to shut up people who say things like "Lesbians are just women who have not met the right dick yet. Lyanna just needs a good raping" But luckily any M/F content is avoidable. Though from what I heard the game may go back to it's roots.

There are MF scenes since update 0.11, just make the right choices during the game, as, as stated, they are not mandatory. I make it clear what the choices are, there is no mistake. There is a path for those who choose this type of content.

Very little, that isn't going to change either nor is it canon to the story.
A couple of optional scenes were added to keep a few people quiet but the canon story is lesbian centric.
Hey, for now I am not able to do an official translation, but maybe in the future.

This is mainly a lesbian game so it depends what you are looking for with regards to virginity and sex.
The canon story is lesbian, a few straight sex scenes were added but are only bonus scenes not part of the actual story.
