Agreed, FOTM is so much worse. But I am just allergic to any amount of excessive grind

Yep, that's definitely an example. I never finished that game because in addition to the grind, I could never get certain things to trigger. I tried three different times, starting completely over each time, including deleting the persistent file. Ultimately, I decided it just wasn't worth it, even though I quite liked the girls in that.

F95 tries pretty hard to only mark something as Completed if they've confirmed that the game for sure is finished. The version number typically is around v1.0, but like you can see with this game that isn't always as reliable. That blue label by a game's name should let you know if there should be anything more to come.

This. I tend to only play these titles on Android which has very limited space. If I can get a compressed version, I'm going to, as long as the image quality doesn't suffer terribly. I'm always happy to find a sub-1GB version when a game is released as 3GB+ project.

That being said, size is usually a good indication of content variety, assuming the dev hasn't bloated the size with poor compression in the first place. Still, I play for story more than the porn itself and story is text which is small. The size just tells me that the same handful of images aren't used for everything.

A Junkers Ju 87. Also known as a Stuka dive bomber. Just a screenshot of the one in Warthunder. My usernames used to be some variation of Junkers years ago.
