Go to the market in the village to purchase it, same place where MC sells fishes and buys other stuff.
Market was unavailable and I just unlocked it, I fished unaware that currency was an objective in the game as I saw no mention of money on any screen and market was void of any characters at the time.

You have at least two living children before the game really starts, but can have children with most love interests at this point.
This would be my favorite game if half the characters weren't loli. 
It's still like top 5.

Oh gotcha so it's one of those bs patreon rules thingI'm about sure this is the "Patreon" version, and I think the SS version has it, as this is labeled "standard".
I added the DLC to v016b, plus the uncensored patch that is in this thread and other locations
Download the DLCno new content .... but amazing adjustments you made ... awesome

No, there isn't anything like that in this game. The closest thing would be outfit changing, but obviously that doesn't have anything to do with tattoos.

I'm not entirely sure that's it, someone mentioned on a previous page they want to sell more subs. Maybe a lot do not want that kind of content?
