Not A pirate by any definition, it's publicly released for free, by the author. Nothing is being illegally downloaded here. If he were to go out of his way to find a copy before alorth releases it, sure, but he isn't, he's waiting here for it. I think this same discussion happened in this thread not to long ago.

I just kind of wonder why porn games are a target for piracy. I know some big games can be pirated but it almost very hard. Example. Is you would never see Alan Wake 2 on a pirate site because it would be pulled so fast.

Alorth makes $6400 Canadian a month off of Patreon. Who's gonna spend probably around 6 months of their earnings on a legal team to sue for something that's probably not actually costing them that much lost revenue? Too much liability, not enough payout. The big name publishers can easily afford it and have a legal team on salary and likely a few more lawyers on a prepaid retainer.

The files are hosted off site. That's part of why it stays up. Secondly, you can incorporate in countries that do not allow pornography to have copyright protection. There's several. As for why it's a target, payment processors for most porn games is kinda sketchy and people also don't want a record of them paying for adult things because it can be blackmail or embarrassment. Well, the senator was stupid. He was using campaign money for his side activities. It wasn't like the money came out of his own pocket. That's why he got caught and why people are making a big issue of it. Also, most people that run governmental jobs like that, don't lead normal lives, so it's probably not unusual for those to do that kind of stuff.

Thanks for the updated. I wanted to know is this complete or the final update and story is done. I really want Radiant resurrected as it was one of my favorites even with the slow updates. Plus it would be great to get one game completed and not abandoned.

Dude Alorth could pick up 25 new projects at once and it still wouldn't impact Radiant. Sir Damned is a Damned dog fucker, possibly the slowest "active" dev of any game on this site. Alorth can't do renders for scenes that SD hasn't written yet. Go complain on the Radiant thread instead of this one.
