It's not, in this case. With some developers no one cares, but in this case it's a dev who is playing an active part on the forum and fosters community, it has been the case before, in other games when devs have kindly asked the community not to share for a certain period of time and it has still leaked in ten minutes or so, leading to the dev leaving the community and swearing off all contact. That would be a shame in this case so the higher-tier patreons are so far respecting devs wishes and waiting for the public release. Very respectful and commendable behaviour. This has been talked about previously in this thread as well.
The moment some people realize some threads belong to the devs themselves...

Well, yes and no. If you have the game and post the links here, probably nobody will blame you. But some devs are also fellow forists, and if it's true that there is no honor among pirates, also in some cases there is high respect and some fuzzy codes.

Of course you can. Go right ahead and share the link if you think that's worth it. It isn't a moral argument being proposed here; it's stone cold pragmatism. If you don't agree with the assessment others make then go pay for the full version and post it. Plenty people would appreciate that.
Personally I think it's worth it to not needlessly antagonize the developers that participate here. It fosters a (perhaps reluctant) tolerance towards the site, and it means that the people here can both report bugs, suggest ideas, and get support from the devs directly. To me that's worth having to wait a bit for some releases.
And you're not obligated to agree with that. You can do whatever you want, as long as you think the consequences are worth it.

Quick question, is b the rest of it or is there more to come after in 0.09 update? If there is more to this 0.09 in a later update I certainly don't mind waiting till it is in it's final state.

Try replacing the persistent file with the one in this rar.
