Jane is cute, especially in the white outfit, but the first picture of Amy is a nogo.
She looks 40+ and could be her aunt instead of her childhood friend. It would be great if you could work a little on the look and make them more age-appropriate. Even with make-up and operations, she should look at most 25 to be able to hold her own in the business next to Cecilia.
In other words, Cecilia is completely out of place if you let her appear next to Amy and the blue-haired girl. Visually, she is already a few classes better and could also appear in classier shops.

However, I would also come up with something story-wise. I'd be happy to email the developer privately if he's hanging around here.
