In guide said that Keeping Relationship with David somewhat close above 50 because I want him to fuck Ashley first. but No matter what I do, he is first. What's the solution?

I don't know about Ashley cause I avoided her completely, not my type so never chased her and don't know anything about her events and scenes, but for Melissa, no matter what you do, David will get her before player. You can decline bet in order to save yourself money (because it's bet you will lose) and decide not to spy on them, but you can't prevent him from having sex with her.

There is one thing I find confusing in the game, all of this "Tatianna swap thing". First with Ashley, then with Yanmei, then Terrence gets involved and now maybe with Meadow?!? So far, everything has only been teased, but is there actually an exact plan? I find everything kind of complicated. On top of that, even though I officially broke up with Ashley, Tatianna still asks for "us". You can't even answer her that the relationship is over. Let's see where it all leads to.
There is no plan. I think Honeygames just made a big mess of a plot just because he doesn't want to add that scene or keeps looking for ~excuses~ to delay tatiana scene.

I have a love/frustrate with this game. Not hate, just a feeling of frustration.
It's ambitious, interesting, and a slow-burn. I appreciate that you can't just romance or bang everyone outright and right away. For example Luana is likely never going to romance as she's stated constantly she doesn't want that, much to my sadness (best girl). Or Rebecca not being available because she's dating a high-profile person and isn't just going to cheat with you and ruin her life.
Characters and stories intertwining, coming back later as interesting plot points and everything is great. That HoneyGames keeps track of 69 (and then some) characters who feel fairly consistent, their relationships with each other and you... All of it is super impressive and elevates it above just a normal porn game.
...but also I just wanna jerk my lil dingdong and be gigachad harem collector in porn games
It takes like 7 hours to complete the game when you skim dialogue. Path questions get brought up in the first few minutes of the game that don't matter until your 6th hour when you're asked again, anyhow. I'm looking at Andrea, mostly. It's less of a slow burn and more of a tease for certain plotlines. Andrea, Rebecca, Tatiana's swap, so on. It's frustrating. And kind of a mess if you play it all at once.
If I ever scrape together motivation I might make QoL mods, too. Being able to see character stats is great; but it is sometimes hard to spot the face you want to find out of 69 little thumbnails. Seeing different outcomes to the party taking 7 hours each time can be brutal with this many options.
So yeah, love it but frustrated by it sometimes. I enjoy it a lot.

I disagree, since Maud would love to rape the MC's butt, she implies if not directly threatens too. So its fair game and turn about to suggest the same, as Maud likes to handcuff people that are deluded into believing they will continue with their own will during situations in order to achieve her rapes. Maud is not a good person, however she has a valid place in her attempt to corrupt and rise above any perceived competition that evolves or is observed in her limited view of the world she creates for herself.

The desire to own them all (Pokémon),or participate with those that resist is a very common thread not only in games but the mindset of those that either want to procreate or are goal oriented. Here is an old reference for you. The movie Legend which I personally view as the summit of Tom Cruise's career (I think he has no talent, is short and needs very short women opposite him in movies). The Red Devil (Darkness) with large horns (reported to be a correct image in some Lawful evil minds) states to the evil spirt god he prays and whines too, that the innocence of the heroine he finds unbearable that he must have her. To which the response is to seduce her, give her gifts, and false praise, that once he has his way corrupting her, he will lose interest in her. Link for a scene where he attempts to seduce her. Your screen is too small, and the option to exit the shop is out of range. Assuming you're playing on a computer, try to put the cursor over the last option ("Buy Anal Plug") visible and press down arrow in the keyboard and press enter. If you're playing in a handheld device, I don't know how to help you

I think guide removes half the fun of the game imo, it is a very long game, takes hours for one complete walkthrough. Main part of the fun is just stumbling blindly into it and choosing choices based on your preference. Treat it like an RPG, and live with the results of your actions.

Indeed....options are the whole point of it. So the end user can choose specifically how they wish to experience. In choice there is true power...or something like that.
Anyway, so you folks don't think I sit around all day drinking whiskey only, here's an update on mod progression.
Longstory-short, 1/3 of the days done, more options added and/or refined. No need to read the rest if you don't care or only want the jest.

Yes, I know 1/3 of days doesn't sound like much but remember there's a ton of side scripts like chats, sex, shoots, etc...so it's not the real status as I've gone back a few times to refine these side scripts and templates. It's a ton of work, I've about as many hours in this now as I have in Rogue-Like and Karlsson's Gambit which where a bitch to code, and those are done. This will be epic when complete imho. I may push out a beta for folks to tinker with once I semi-finalize the Stats screens, we'll see.
A couple of added features from previous posts (search for them if you haven't seen, I'm too busy right now to hyperlink them). The attached pics are very low quality to minimize data, so please bear that in mind.
Sex scene info: (important to note that it's not forced on you in the mod, you can turn it off/on. Again, in choice is power.)

Well...It took me almost a week to make it through whole game from the begining! It was a hillarious mess at the big party! Now, I think I'll wait for walkthrough mode, and try non-porn path without agreing to help Bernie with seducing Regina, lol!

Please just note that unlike simple choice-based VN's with WT mods, this one cannot give you "correct" choices as they are entirely player dependent in a stats based title. There's no way to know, much less assume, what a player wants/desires from their particular playthrough. What it will do is help you in choice decisions by showing you variable changes at the choice button level.
Most VN's are written entirely with binary "right/wrong" and "all/nothing" type choices. With stat based branching it's best to think of a guide as an information walkthrough rather than simple binary one-button highlights.
You likely already understand all of this, but I like to remind folks as I write multi-mods for these complex titles. I'll quit rambling but thought it was a good time to point this out. Regards, it's drink-thirty 'round here.
