It does not carry over. In chapter 2, you get the freedom to select your choices based on what you did in chapter 1.

Yes if IIRC. E.g. you can decide whether you start as a cuck or a harem ruler.

Could be that the file is corrupted, or your system is to old, did you activate installing unknown sources?,that are just a few problems you can check.

Yes, installation from unknown resources is active...
The phone am using is Samsung S20Fe 5g running with android 13...
All other apk files are getting installed, so I don't think that the phone or it's settings are causing any issue.
There might be some problem with the APK file that the developer is providing.
