It looks like version 0.5.0 is out but from what I have read this update totally turns your saves into a pile of shit and your going to have to start all over again or use their save files though you will not be able to name them if you do that.
Might be able to use the enable dev tool if the console doesn't work to unlock the console and then try typing in dir() and hitting enter and looking through the usually small list for the right ones to change their names.
