Been playing this game for a bit and I can't seem to further Tiffany at all. whenever I try and visit her it just says nothing new is happening.
I seem to be able to start the main woman's stuff for some reason as well. Do I need a certain glory amount I need to hit?

You need 10 blackmail for each visit to the mother. You need to interact with the daughter once (learn about her name), after that unlock 3rd row in the middle column (IIRC, the one where mother calls her daughter), and after that meet daughter again and you'll unlock the option to visit her.
I've played through most of the game on <30 glory and only raised it with cheatengine when content started requiring it for the final scenes. Not sure if i missed anything due to it, i'm rather happy not grinding the card game for resources.

What for? It's hosted by F95, it's always up if F95 is up. Sometimes attachments.f95zone.to goes down but never for long.

Can you tell me how to open the last event. Which is in Cassandra's mind card list with question marks
I wish there was a deck list or something of cards to aim for. I'm absolutely dreadful at card games and figuring out how to build an infinite deck is eluding me.

There are example decks posted here and there throughout this thread. If you go back and start reading from e.g. this page you'll find a few examples along with other strategy hints (but note that some of the info may be slightly dated).
cheatcode is in the description of the game: "trunk"
Pyorgara finished his another game and said that he is going to do gold version of News Desk. Does anyone know what exactly he is going to change? I believe it was dicussed in closed posts on Patreon.

I have no idea, but if anyone following this thread has a way to communicate with Pyorgara, I have a suggestion for the gold version. The one big problem I think this game has is putting the "Waitress" scene so early. Longer explanation here. I consider that to be the one huge black mark on an otherwise great corruption game (for people who don't mind a lot of grinding).

Bro, quite frankly, I have no idea what scene you could be referring to, and I'm not about to redownload the game to try to diagnose the issue. You come into a game thread for a game that hasn't been updated in 3 years and expect people to somehow know the answer to a vague question, then that's on you. In the time between then and now, you could have done a number of things, like post a screenshot, or download a complete gallery save and describe what the scene contains, or really any identifying information that could jog our memories, but you didn't. We're not psychics.

No, you had a month to put in the single effort to search the thread yourself or download some of the shares saved for people who just want to view the scenes.
I'm not going to redownload the game but just as a wild guess the earlier ??? was related to her daughter so if it is the last step to totally mindbreaking her it probably requires her daughter being fully corrupted to unlock.
