Ufff. Great porno part, very interesting mechanics, but the grinding is fucked up beyong any recognition.
For me it is unplayable without cheats, and even with cheats it is so grindy...
Corruption lines very carefully planned and implemented. Final scene after win is quite ordinary, in compaire with corruption.
I actually agree. I love the game but as it progresses, the grind means nothing and it's too much. There should be a mechanic integrated to the game that allowed us to skip battles to a degree, some kind of auto mechanic. At some point Cassandra is completely defeated but we have to keep fighting her... once and again and again... I'd say it makes no sense but it actually fits the theme of the game of humilliation. Not that I like that part. Just a stupid fact.

Still think this is one of the best games in its genre.

I assumed her cards would get weaker the more I progressed in the blackmail, but it turns out she gets STRONGER.
So now I think I can never beat her and need to restart the game.
EDIT: OKAY ! Nevermind, only one of those got stronger with blackmail progress. That's neat actually, made me go "oh fuck, that backfired...". Still, it can feel rough at the start when you're not ready to tackle her current form and she gets STRONGER instead of weaker

Fun concept overall ! But hard to master at first even having played a lot of deckbuilders.

Is there a benefit to doing the Emily side of the story ? I've done the first two and gained nothing, is it only a scene viewer ?

Tiffany => Depowers her mom effect
Shared => Free money
Emily => ?????

This game is frustrating to no end. The fact that you can't replenish nergy in any way during the battle is pretty stupid because you just end up throwing the rounds even if you have max possible enrgy of 200.

Throwing the rounds is part of the strategy, though. The battles are winnable to the degree that it becomes quite easy in the mid-to-late game.

The game is rigged against the palyer. She starts gettin the best cards once your resources are depleted you can't do shit.

You're going about the game all wrong. Like the other guy said, you're meant to throw the rounds at the start. You need to let her win while mitigating as much work and glory she gains as possible. By throwing early, you'll have plenty of energy to spare, which you'll need to spend building up resources for better cards and blackmail. Once you start blackmailing her, most of her cards will gradually get weaker. During midgame, some of her cards will upgrade to compensate for her weakened deck. You'll need to have a deck capable zeroing her work by this point. Same strats until you have a deck that's able to consistently win.

Honestly, I agree the game isn't well-balanced, but kinda in the other direction than being rigged against the player. After I spent some time working out in the gym and had more energy to spend (and used it judiciously in locations like the gym where some events would give me energy back), I fell into a rhythm where much more of the game was spent grinding in between card battles than it was in the actual "game." Once you reach that critical mass (and if you have the patience to stay in the pocket there), you'll probably have a much easier time winning the card battles, but you might not even need to, because you can generate so many points of blackmail and glory or whatever outside of the duels.

Go to the Gym there you can get the Rest card. That is the main way to get energy in battle early game.

As far as I read what people post here : this gams seems top be an almost impossible card game to play (or to grind), instead of a funny sexy game, right ?

This is designed as a combination of grinding and card game. If you do want to do any grinding, the card game probably will be almost impossible (without cheats). But that's like saying Magic the Gathering is impossible if you don't construct a deck. It shouldn't be surprising that a game is impossible if you don't play the game as designed.

The grinding itself can be very tedious, but also gets pretty sexy at times (albeit repetitive, and with no art), and the payoff is pretty well worth it (up to a point) if you like the idea of interacting with a story of a guy blackmailing, corrupting, and breaking a coworker who previously looked down her nose at him.

Of course, you can always download one of the save files that have been posted in this thread, and just review all the unlocked story scenes without the grind. But I personally think those scenes are more impactful when you work for it.

Tnaks a lot for your answer, with very reasoned explanations. Indeed, it seems this game is not for me : I loved the plot and the visual, which change a bit. But I'm not very much into grinding, and absolutely not into card games.
I'll feel that like a chore, not a pleasure !
Thanks again for your time

Not impossible but there are very poorly balanced difficulty transitions where if you don't do the correct action immediately after the transition you are going to get into bad loops and a huge amount of grind that you can't skip with the in game cheats (I never tried the cheat modded version as far as my memory holds).

The lewdy rewards aren't great if you are having a really bad time playing the game.

Someone asked me to bring higher resolutions to the game. The author laid the UI out poorly, and it *must* be in a 2:1 ratio. Because of this, I've added multiple choice resolutions here. Just extract which one you want, rename it, replace the original. Remember to note what resolution you should aim for. If you're running 4K which is 3840x2160 then you need to run with Assembly-CSharp_3800x1900.dll. The game does NOT lay out in any non-2:1 ratio resolution. This also means fullscreen is out of the question. The author would need to provide a small patch to ensure a 2:1 layout regardless of resolution and then the game could be patched to support any. Current to version 1.0, 2021-17-05. I only tested a few, but they should be sound in principle. Feedback appreciated.

Edit: Cirelc, seems my patches for adding larger resolutions works. Users only need to use one while replacing the stock dll. The game was poorly laid out and must follow a specific resolution ratio so that all buttons will appear. Explanation is above.
Since it's not clear here, the file you are looking to replace is "\ND_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll"

??? I already know that. I'm the one that posted the patch. I'm assuming you meant to reply to someone else that can't extrapolate? Edit: Especially noting "Users only need to use one while replacing the stock dll."
