Yeah, in the idealized fantasy there's no true threat of a violent end, and the physical abuse inflicted is only up to the limit of what their imagination allows for and no further. In the BDSM/fetish community it's referred to as "consensual non-consent" or CNC. Dated a girl who was into that for a month. When the time came, I couldn't perform. Even from the aggressor perspective, it's one thing to get horny, open up a game, click on a fucked up scenario, activate your neurons, and rub one out (ala this game). I don't think anyone sane would blame you for what happened.
The fact of the matter is that unlike what porn might like to imply, BDSM and related activities are never perfectly safe. Mistakes can and have caused injuries, and it's not just because the aggressor side went to far. Often enough, it's because the one on the receiving side didn't use their safe-word soon enough or didn't even realize that they were being hurt more than they realized.
Problems related to cut-off circulations, hits that lead to more than just bruises, concussions, dislocated limbs... I've heard of all sorts of consequences to RL BDSM because of someone I knew that was active in the community. Preparation and the right mindset are important, and one shouldn't ever discount the fact that they have someone else's wellbeing in their hands when they get up to those sorts of things.
All in all, I think that makes games and content like this all the more important.
For some people, they're an outlet for urges that really are a bit too risky to experience in any way in real-life.

So I finally beat the game. Kinda got the jist of it. (I'm using 1.06 so DeepL kinda fucked up with diary translations). But I seem to be locked at 125 karma. I bound a key for the map but it doesn't show up. I also am pretty sure I've rescued everyone in each map. (But I'm 99% sure I havent. Or else I'd be at enough karma amiright?) Is there some kind of mod I can install that will tell me which ones I'm missing? I'd like to try getting the second ending. Despite the fact it's kinda spoiled for me.

I was reluctant to ask just in case 1.08+ dropped, by the way, but anyway to play 1.07 with the translation and uncensore, but not the mod? is there an easy way to only have vanilla? No offense or disrespect to whoever made than. But it's just absolutely unnecessary for me personally. Is it embedded into the core of the game files, or is there an easy remove?

There should be 150 karma in total, or more. So if you only have 125 you are missing out quite a lot.
Yeah, it was humiliating in the moment. She was even nice about it, saying she may have pushed me beyond my comfort zone too quickly. But after reflection, I think I'm happier that I wasn't able to go through with it. The stuff you say about the BDSM community is spot on, I dabbled for a bit but discovered my boundaries ultimately didn't fit with most people there - I had a similarly terrible experience with a girl who popped a blood vessel in her eye during choking then asked me why I stopped when I saw it.
There is a very big difference between getting off to the dark fantasies that spring up unbidden, as opposed to voluntarily enacting them with another person that you're trying not to hurt. Some of the stories I heard firsthand about actual predatory sadists who lurked the community looking for victims really drove home for me that the deep end went well beyond my comfort zone.
Some people try to go beyond their comfort zones and just end up making it worse for themselves afterwards, I've seen it happen a few times.

I think the only boss i was reluctant to fight, even purposefully stood there and lost was against the prayer maiden and that bad end was just saddening compared to the other ones
Some of the events make things happen in the game, like the event in the slum that leads to finding the ranch. Do all the events have consequences?

Is a new map, you need gain more karma for pass that wall, saving girls or doing some events. Also some events require you to have a certain amount of karma. You can check this map for see where are the points for gain karma if you are lazy :b

From map 6-2. Go right from the pathway under the first (lower) altar.
Generally there are two ways to get pass a web wall. 1) Hit them with a web missile 2) Hit them with a web missile with an arrow head, which can change direction.
The one you specified in that screen cap, you cannot break it. However you can get to the other side by using a web missile to destroy the bridge above on the right then fall down. You will then be able to get to the other side of that web wall.
You need karma, I think. I am not sure. When I was there the first time, it was opened.
It is a new map.
