Along the dark road with the zombies and priests, there is a gate on a hill. You can jump up to it, enter, and the enemy will be there.

repeated issue on getting stuck on menus, literally tried every button. plz kind souls answer my woe

Press space. Space is the back button. When you are in pretty much any menu, if you press space it will exit it.

If you're using mouse to navigate the menus: stop using mouse to navigate the menus. It's an extremely common bug that was present in this game since times immemorial. Only use keyboard when playing this game (or, even better, use a controller). Spacebar is the "cancel" button, and if it doesn't work you should try clicking on other categories of the menu (for example, if you're stuck on the "weapons" part of the menu, try clicking any other category, like the overal stats) and then check if you can choose anything by using the keyboard, and, if yes, press spacebar to close the menu and never try to use the mouse in this game ever again.
If by "menus" you mean something like dialogue menus, then that means that you downloaded the wrong version that has the soft-locking bug. In that case you have 2 options: download the game from one of the links in the "Win(Bug Fixed)" category on the first page and do not try to install the uncensor patch on that version, since it creates the bug. Or you can try hunting down any comment from the user "Krongorka" and press the link named "Night of Revenge 1.07 - Translated Non-Softlocking and Uncensored Version" which is located under every comment this user made.
I've played through the game with the boned mod but I'm missing a bunch of enemies. I don't expect anyone to go through every single one but am I missing a whole area here or something?
Also I've missed one game over screen. Not sure how to get it. I know how to get the final one.

Spinning Death - (Mini-Boss) found in the upstairs church, linked to a takedown quest from two nuns.
Seeking Hands - painting trap in the church (get knocked down into the painting to get the scene).
Iron maiden - trap in the dungeon under the church (get knocked down into the painting to get the scene).
Warden A - female Enemy in the dungeon

Top right:
Wooden Horse A - trap in the dungeon under the church (get knocked down into the horse to get the scene).
Wooden Horse B - trap in the dungeon under the church (get knocked down into the horse to get the scene).
Middle left:
Bandaged Beast: Enemy found in the abandoned underground cemetery (get here by going through the tunnel under the entry bonfire to the ranch)
Bandaged Corpse - Enemy found in the abandoned underground cemetery (get here by going through the tunnel under the entry bonfire to the ranch)
Middle right:
Web bound Arachne - spider web trap in the lower layer (get knocked down into the web to get the scene).
Bottom Left:
Maidens Prayer - boss of the Unknown Lake.
Bottom right:
Tangled Ivy A-C - trap located in 11a. gardens (get knocked down into the plant to get the scene).
Assistant Inquisitor - Female enemy in the white cathedral pretty much everywhere.
Sexual trainer - I don't remember exactly where it is, maybe the white cathedral, dungeon or somewhere else but it is a trap that looks like a wooden table.
Top left - Game over in the Dungeon
Last one - Game over during the with of thorns fight..? i am pretty sure.
I think i found a work around, i don't know why it works but right after you examine the dairy press both “esc and enter” this will kill your character. after hitting the floor click vengeance to re-spawn. Now walk again, This time there is going to be an a floating highlighted text "EVENT" by the crates next to bandit walk right pass it and the cut cutscene will play normal. again i don't why but it works. hope it works for you too.

the main download file is bugged and causes soft-locks, someone else posted another without soft-locks a couple of a pages ago

She drops her sword for you to use. As for a Candore skin, this game has notoriously difficult skin modding due to sprites being animated in an old version of Spine.
Does anyone have any idea why when I click on the executable file, nothing happens? I have already downloaded the Japanese Language Pack and have changed my locale to Japan with my language for non uni-code programs set to Japan with the Unicode UTF-8 clicked as well. The game should be also compatible with my laptop, so I'm not sure what's going on. If you're curious, the laptop I'm using is a 2018 Intel Macbook Pro with BootCamp.
So I just beat the bandit captian. but now when i try to pick up the thing on the table my game freezes
