They already have complete saves for the current version, unless you mean the game over scenes that have been added in this and v0.38?
I also found a bug, when the tentacles now grab u during the game, u disappear along with the tentacles; no way to get out of it unless u restart
yes technically yes : ) some caves you have to walk threw a wall to get inside : ) then the cave opens up : ) other wise it just looks like any other wall : )

I had an issue with AutoTranslator version 4.11.3 not working.
Rolled back to version 4.10.0 and it's working fine.

Well, do you have a save file listed in the load menu? Are you trying to load a save from a previous version? Is there an error that shows up when you try to load the save?
So I'm just confused about the entire translation patch because the instructions say that i am to run " SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator.exe" yet the only executable that i found with a similar name was "ReiPatcher" and even then when i tried running said executable it wouldn't do anything except open up a command prompt for a quick second. Any kind of help with this would be appreciated. And if it happens to be something simple I am sorry but I just can't figure it out at the moment

What you have to do after downloading the game is
1. go here
You must be registered to see the links
2. (currently) download XUnity.AutoTranslator-ReiPatcher-4.11.4.zip
3. Inside this zip is the "SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator.exe" so you extract this file from the zip into the game directory for example C:\Games\Totally not porn stuff\NightofRevenge_ver0.39\SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator.exe
4. Run SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator.exe
5. Run NightofRevenge (Patch and Run).lnk
6. Then go here https://attachments.f95zone.to/2020/06/711249__AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt and copy the whole text
7. Paste and replace that text here "_AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt " which is located now in
...\NightofRevenge_ver0.39\AutoTranslator\Translation\en\Text\
done. You don't have to run NightofRevenge (Patch and Run).lnk anymore other than in this guide. In fact, delete it. Run the game with NightofRevenge.exe after doing all of this. If you accidentaly run "NightofRevenge (Patch and Run).lnk" the second time, you'll have to repeat 6. and 7.

Ok, best guess is that save corrupted on your computer somehow. Try to make a new save and load that. Other wise, there's a chance that if you installed it in the default programs folder in windows it could be that that messed it up.
Also, here's a copy of a save I have that does work, try that one to check if the save or game itself is an issue.
