Had the same problem in the beginning ...
Go pray at the altar, choose 'Teleport' and then the other location.
Is there a English patch because all the words are in another language. Only like 5 words are in english when i press I to open menu.Had the same problem in the beginning ...

Here is quite everything you need to make the translation work - the translation file itself, a link to the programme that file requires to work (XUnity AutoTranslator), along with a post detailing the setup and installation.
Not each and every dialogue is translated at the moment, but the menus and nigh all of the text you come into contact with when playing are, and it is perfectly enjoyable.

I ... do not really understand what you mean - the red potion restores HP ('Item Use' and 'Item Change' are perfectly usable and key-mappable commands), and with the right ring combination and a bit of patience and timing, parrying and riposting fills the HP meter up, too?
spacebar, but it can get fucked up if you use the mouse in the menu
just navigate the menu with WASD arrow keys and E to select, iirc. don't use the mouse at all.
