Haven't tried this game nor am i an expert in this but maybe it requires to set in Japanese locale to work? (like most japanese game out there). i'm not quite sure...

to save your time - there is no explicit sex in this game. You get a few enemies who appear to hump the heroine but thats it

English can be toggled on at the start. I haven't had any problems with it reverting to Japanese either.

Don't feel too bad if you can't figure it out. The game is ass and controls like shit even on a gamepad. Thanks anyway, uploader.
