It is definitely possible to get all 4 ends on one save file. Once you see an End, it will be saved in the reminisce room and you will be able to continue from before starting the final battle. So you can simply do the following:
  1. Get Buster End, pick option to go back to before the battle.
  2. Go to town, remove Cheating Hearts at Fortune Teller in Slums until you have 2 or less
  3. Get Lust End, pick option to go back to before the battle.
  4. Go to town, lower Desire at Church until Falldown Mode is removed.
  5. Get Nightmare End, pick option to go back to before the battle.
  6. Get True End.

I can reduce my cheating hearts from the fortune teller? How did I not know this?!?!? Also I would like to ask where I can purchase to increase my Lust meter. I've read somewhere here that someone sells it but dunno who/where.

what button do i need to press when the rationality desire bar fills up?
the bar moves back and forth but no button is doing anything

It's a pity that Rain can't walk around with the brothel outfit. Or is there another way to wear it?

Also, I can't get choose the S-type customer in brothel even though I've reached the required level. Are there other requirements or something?

LOL, I had a problem with this quest for a long time too! In the quest log, you need to bring the adult store shop owner three (3) Osiricorn to complete the quest, not just one. Note: the 3 Osiricorn are not even consumed once you turn it in, they remain in your inventory due to some glitch. You need one of these as crafting material for Rain's armor upgrade.

Has anyone been able to edit Blessing point or unlock the abilities for Rain?
The acquisition rate is very slow!!

It's doable with the Cheat Menu plugin, but requires a shitload of scrolling and it's kinda hard to find the right variable as there are multiple.
